My Friends 

We're scheduled to move our office tomorrow and, being the office manager, I'm fully engaged in that. I don't know how much time I'll have to spend with you before Christmas.

So let me say now how much I love doing this and how much I appreciate your participation.

If best wishes and fond hopes have any power you all will have peaceful holidays filled with family and fun and good food and lots of laughs and whatever spiritual communion that puts you over.

Be of good cheer, be not afraid and I'll be back probably some time next week.

Shanks Mare 

It wasn't too bad for me, I just had to walk from Port Authority to 53rd and Lex, but the rest of the crew, coming from Staten Island and further out in New Jersey got here three hours late. The streets were jammed with pedestrians and the mood seemed light. We'll see how people feel about the transportation strike around January 5.
